INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond or coconut milk (water works too)
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 fresh or frozen banana
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon honey
METHOD
Place all the ingredients into blender and blend for around 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
